Voixx measures a speaking voice and trains it over twelve weeks. Here is how to reach a human, and the answers to the four questions that come up most.

My reading came back without numbers

A baseline needs at least 15 seconds of speech, and 45 to 60 works best. Under that, there is not enough signal to compare, so no score is produced. Record again and read until the counter stops telling you how many seconds are left.

If the numbers still do not appear, the analysis is queued and will land on its own once the connection is back. Nothing you recorded is lost.

Cancel a subscription

Subscriptions are handled by Apple, not by us, so they are cancelled from the phone:

1. Open Settings and tap your name at the top.
2. Tap Subscriptions.
3. Pick Voixx, then Cancel Subscription.

Access runs to the end of the period you already paid for. Your readings and your place in the program stay where they are.

Restore a purchase

New phone, or reinstalled the app: open the subscription screen and tap Restore purchases. It uses your Apple ID, so no account and no password are needed.

Delete everything

Settings has a Delete my data button. It removes your profile, every reading, every session and every event from the server, and clears the phone. It is immediate and it cannot be undone.

Refunds

Apple handles every refund for App Store purchases. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We are not able to issue one ourselves.
