Voixx measures a speaking voice and trains it. This page says exactly what leaves your phone, what is kept, and for how long.
Your audio
A recording is sent to our server, analyzed, and deleted. It is never stored there.
We keep the numbers the analysis produces: pitch, resonance, pace, pauses, filler word counts.
Two recordings stay on your phone and never leave it: your first read and your latest, so you can hear the difference at week 12. You can erase them from Settings at any time.
Transcription
Counting filler words needs a transcript. The audio is sent to Deepgram, a third-party speech service, for that single purpose.
Deepgram returns the transcript and keeps nothing.
What you tell us
The nine onboarding answers, your reminder time and your session length. They order your program and nothing else.
Questions you send to the coach are sent to Google Gemini to be answered. They are not stored, and nothing that identifies you is sent with them.
Usage measurement
We record which screens are opened and which steps are finished, tied to the same anonymous profile identifier the server uses. It tells us where the program is abandoned.
Session recording is off: nothing you see or touch is filmed. That identifier follows you nowhere else.
What we never collect
No name, no email, no phone number, no address book, no location, no advertising identifier.
Nothing is sold, and nothing is shared with an advertising network.
Payments
Subscriptions are handled by Apple and by RevenueCat. We never see your card.
Cancel any time from your Apple subscriptions, in two taps.
Deleting everything
Settings has a Delete my data button. It removes your profile, every reading, every session and every event from the server, and clears this phone.
It is immediate and it cannot be undone.
